Hi, I’m Crystal Ivory — founder of C Michelle Enterprises.
I created this business to bring all the layers of what I do under one roof and provide structured, professional support for individuals and small businesses who are ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.
What I Do
With over a decade of experience in finance and operations, I specialize in helping businesses — especially in small business sectors — gain control of their numbers, stay compliant, and build sustainable growth.
I’ve worked on multi-million-dollar budgets, streamlined bookkeeping systems, managed accounts payable and receivable, and supported payroll, project coordination, and strategic planning. My focus is always on accuracy, transparency, and results — making complex work feel organized and manageable.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend financial strategy with operational efficiency.
Armed with an MBA, Lean Green Belt Certification, and Six Sigma training, I don’t just keep the books — I improve the systems behind them. I partner closely with business owners who are excellent at what they do, but need a trusted professional to handle the financial and operational side of their success.
Whether it’s optimizing workflows, streamlining processes, facilitating project execution, or making tax season far less stressful — I bring calm to the chaos.
Deep Roots in Service
My passion for helping others started early.
I began working with nonprofit organizations as a teenager and spent many summers at Camp John Hope, where I developed a deep passion for working with youth. That experience stayed with me through college and shaped how I view purpose, service, and impact.
While pursuing my Accounting degree at Georgia Southern University, I continued working with youth and also supported children with special needs. Over the years, I’ve served alongside organizations such as His Hands Outreach, Hands on Ogeechee, Ray of Hope, and many others doing meaningful work in the community.
Today, I’m honored to serve as the Executive Director of the Dare to Dream Foundation, continuing that lifelong commitment to helping people see what’s possible.
